Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on muzika, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users regardless of location. Muzika Network reserves the right to restrict access to the platform in jurisdictions where crypto exchange services are prohibited by local law.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Automated access via bots or scripts requires prior written approval from Muzika Network.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use muzika for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice and reported to relevant authorities.

Muzika Network monitors all transactions for suspicious activity as required under AML regulations. This includes automated screening against international sanctions lists and PEP databases.

Intellectual Property

All content on muzika — including the trading interface, APIs, brand assets, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Muzika Network or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Muzika Network is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, force majeure events, or third-party service failures. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk — you trade at your own discretion and accept full responsibility for your decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzika Network's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from platform use is capped at the total fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party tools including TradingView and payment processors. Muzika Network is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those external services. Review each provider's terms independently.

Account Security

Muzika Network will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at info@muzika.network so your account can be secured.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through account settings. Withdrawal of remaining funds will be processed within five business days of account closure, subject to identity verification.

Changes to These Terms

Muzika Network may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
